Abstract:

急性视网膜坏死综合征(ARN)是一种少见的病毒感染性葡萄膜炎综合征,表现为坏死性视网膜炎,可能会并发视网膜脱离、血管闭塞、视神经病变、玻璃体炎和其它导致视力下降的并发症。ARN常是由水痘带状疱疹病毒(VZV)和单纯疱疹病毒(HSV)感染引起的。如果没有及时准确诊断和治疗,可能会导致毁灭性的视觉后果。聚合酶链反应检测眼内液提供了一种快速、灵敏的方法来确定急性视网膜坏死的病毒病因,为及时准确诊断和治疗提供依据。本文报道二例ARN患者,通过聚合酶链反应检测房水,明确是水痘带状疱疹病毒感染,并采用玻璃体切割术进行了手术治疗,得到了较好的恢复。
Acute retinal necrosis syndrome (ARN) is a rare virus-infected uveitis syndrome characterized by necrotizing retinitis, which may be complicated with retinal detachment, vascular occlusion, optic neuropathy, vitreous inflammation and other complications of visual loss. ARN is often caused by varicella zoster virus (VZV) and herpes simplex virus (HSV) infection. Without timely and accurate diagnosis and treatment, it may lead to devastating visual consequences. The detection of intraocular fluid by polymerase chain reaction provides a rapid and sensitive method to determine the viral cause of acute retinal necrosis, and provides a basis for timely and accurate diagnosis and treatment. This paper reports two patients with ARN who were diagnosed as varicella-zoster virus infection by polymerase chain reaction (PCR) in aqueous humor. They were treated with vitrectomy and recovered well.
