Abstract:

本文主要论述了使用机械加工产生的含铁污泥制备聚合硫酸铁的技术研究,具体研究硫酸浸溶液中铁浓度以及制备的聚合硫酸铁的性能,考察酸浸时、固液比、酸使用量和温度对浸出液中铁浓度的影响;双氧水和硝酸使用量对制备的聚合硫酸铁的性能影响。确定酸浸和制备反应的最佳条件。
This article mainly discusses the technological research on preparing polymeric ferric sulfate from iron-containing sludge generated by mechanical machining. It specifically investigates the concentration of iron in sulfuric acid leaching solution and the performance of the prepared polyferric sulfate. It examines the impacts of acid leaching time, solid-liquid ratio, acid dosage and temperature on the concentration of iron in the leaching solution. It also explores the effects of hydrogen peroxide and nitric acid dosage on the performance of the prepared polyferric sulfate. The optimal conditions for acid leaching and preparation reaction are determined.
