Abstract:

创新是衡量一个国家综合国力的重要组成部分,也是国际竞争的重要因素。本文主要评估中国研发投入水平,以期识别我国研发投入问题并给予建议。本文横向对比中国与发达国家的研发支出和研发成果,发现中国与发达国家在研发投入和转化上存在差距。未来,各国都将加大研发投入和重视研发投入转化,我国与其仍将保持一定差距。本文还纵向分析了中国各地区和各行业的研发支出现状,发现各地区各行业都加强研发支出,但是仍存在研发支出投入不均衡的问题。同样的,我们基于Python运用切比雪夫对各地区样本进行拟合,预测出各地区研发支出和研发支出强度在未来五年内都将增加,但是各地区增加幅度有差异,各地研发投入差距将越来越大。
Innovation is an important part of measuring a country’s comprehensive national strength and an important factor in international competition. This paper mainly evaluates the level of China’s R&D investment, in order to identify China’s R&D investment problems and give suggestions. This paper compares the R&D expenditure and R&D results of China and developed countries horizontally, and finds that there is a gap between China and developed countries in R&D investment and transformation. In the future, all countries will increase investment in research and development and attach importance to the transformation of research and development investment, and China will still maintain a certain gap with it. This paper also analyzes the current situation of R&D expenditure in various regions and industries in China, and finds that all regions and industries have strengthened R&D expenditure, but there is still a problem of uneven R&D expenditure. Similarly, based on Python, we use Chebyshev to fit the regional samples, and predict that each region will increase in R&D expenditure and R&D expenditure intensity in the next five years, but the increase varies from region to region, and the gap in R&D investment will become larger and larger.
