Abstract:

袁武先生的作品存在一定意义上的时间界限,早期“徐蒋体系”的写实手法对袁武先生产生了很大的影响,他的早期作品大多直面人生的苦难,关注人的生存权利。而后期袁武先生的水墨人物与“浙派”存在着异曲同工之妙。袁武讲究境界,在创作中,他放弃了各方面的传统原则,加强了写意创作,增强了作品的艺术品质,从而形成袁武先生自己的水墨风格,营造出境界和笔墨之美合二为一的大美。袁武人物画创作中的写实精神和人文关怀即继承了“徐蒋体系”及“浙派”中的优秀因素,也对它们加以发展,“整体写意,局部写实”的技法更是对人物画笔墨语言的当代突破。同时,袁武形成了自己特有的作画风格,笔墨独到,写真传神;“阴阳两极”虚实相生,刚柔并济。文章通过对“徐蒋体系”和“浙派”的人物分析及作品介绍来表现袁武人物画的突破创新,同时由对袁武笔墨语言的分析透视当代人物写意画的整体风采,最后引入对新时代条件下写意人物画新发展方向的探讨。
Mr. Yuan Wu’s works have certain time boundaries, and the early realism of the “Xu Jiang system” had a great impact on Mr. Yuan Wu. Most of his early works directly faced the hardships of life and focused on human survival rights. However, in the later stage, Mr. Yuan Wu’s ink painting characters and the “Zhejiang School” have similarities and differences. Yuan Wu emphasizes the realm of art. In his creation, he abandoned various traditional principles, strengthened freehand brushwork, and enhanced the artistic quality of his works, thus forming Mr. Yuan Wu’s own ink style and creating a great beauty that combines the beauty of the outbound world and the beauty of pen and ink. The realistic spirit and humanistic care in Yuan Wu’s figure painting not only inherited the excellent factors in the “Xu Jiang system” and the “Zhejiang School”, but also developed them. The technique of “overall freehand brushwork, local realism” is a contemporary breakthrough in the brush and ink language of figure painting. At the same time, Yuan Wu developed his own unique painting style, with unique brushstrokes and vivid and lifelike portraits; the two poles of yin and yang complement each other, combining hardness and softness. The article shows the breakthrough and innovation of Yuan Wu’s figure painting by analyzing the characters of “Xu Jiang System” and “Zhejiang School” and introducing his works. At the same time, it analyzes the overall style of contemporary figure freehand painting by analyzing Yuan Wu’s brush and ink language, and finally introduces the discussion of the new development direction of freehand figure painting under the new era conditions.
