村庄建设用地集约节约利用策略研究

Abstract:
随着城市化进程的加速，农村地区的建设用地需求不断增加，但土地资源有限，如何实现村庄建设用地的集约节约利用成为了当前亟待解决的问题。本文通过对村庄建设用地的现状分析，提出了集约节约利用的策略，包括优化土地利用结构、推进土地节约利用、加强土地管理等方面，旨在为村庄建设用地的可持续发展提供参考。
With the acceleration of urbanization, the demand for construction land in rural areas continues to increase, but land resources are limited. How to realize the intensive and economical use of village construction land has become an urgent problem to be solved. Based on the analysis of the current situation of village construction land, this paper puts forward strategies for intensive and economical utilization, including optimizing land use structure, promoting land conservation uti-lization, and strengthening land management, aiming to provide reference for the sustainable de-velopment of village construction land.
