Abstract:

了解护生对“互联网+护理服务”的认知现状、从事意愿及分析影响因素。采用方便抽样法,自行设计问卷对江西省某高校护理学院634名实习护生及在校护生从事“互联网+护理服务”意愿进行调查。35.9%护生了解“互联网+护理服务”,63.7%护生了解途径来源于教师;96.6%护生愿意今后从事“互联网+护理服务”;对不同人口学特征的护生进行单因素分析,显示独生子女和就读护理专业的原因影响护生参与意愿;基于计划行为理论和技术接受模型进行多元线性回归分析,结果显示影响护生从事“互联网+护理服务”的因素为感知有用性、态度、主观规范、感知行为控制、就读护理专业原因。
To understand the status quo of nursing students’ cognition of “Internet+ nursing service” and their willingness to engage in it, and to analyze the influencing factors. By using convenient sampling method and self-designed questionnaire, the willingness of 634 nursing students in a nursing college of a university in Jiangxi Province to engage in “Internet+ nursing service” was investigated. 35.9% of nursing students know about “Internet+ nursing service”, and 63.7% of them know from teachers. 96.6% of nursing students are willing to engage in “Internet+ nursing service” in the future. Univariate analysis of nursing students with different demographic characteristics showed that the only child and the reason of studying nursing specialty affected the nursing students’ willingness to participate. Based on the theory of planned behavior and technology acceptance model, multiple linear regression analysis was carried out. The results showed that the factors influencing nursing students to engage in “Internet+ nursing service” were perceived usefulness, attitude, subjective norms, perceived behavior control and reasons for attending nursing major.
