农业高职院校思政课程助力乡村振兴人才培养的策略
The Strategy of Ideological and Political Course in Agricultural Higher Vocational Colleges to Help the Training of Rural Revitalization Talents

涉农专业学生是助力乡村人才振兴的主力军，基于乡村振兴人才培养的需要，思政课教师应当从知识、素质、能力三个维度，深入分析课程教学内容，明确服务乡村振兴的主要目标；并针对当前农业高职院校思政课程服务乡村振兴存在的理论深度不够、实践力度不够、情感温度不够等三个层面的问题，从创新教学设计、强化实践教学、提升育人实效三个角度提出解决上述问题，助力乡村振兴人才培养的策略。
Students majoring in agriculture are the main force to promote the revitalization of rural talents. Based on the needs of talent training for rural revitalization, ideological and political teachers should deeply analyze the teaching contents of the course from the three dimensions of knowledge, quality and ability which make clear the main objectives of serving the revitalization of the coun-tryside. In view of the problems existing in the current rural revitalization of ideological and politi-cal courses in agricultural higher vocational colleges, such as insufficient theoretical depth, insufficient practical strength and insufficient emotional temperature, this paper puts forward the strate-gies to solve the above problems from the three angles of innovative teaching design, strengthening practical teaching and improving the actual effect of educating people, so as to help the rural revitalization of talent training.
