Abstract:

肝泡型包虫病(Hepatic Alveolar Echinococcosis, HAE)是由多房棘球蚴幼虫引起的人畜共患寄生虫病。泡型包虫病有着与肿瘤类似的侵润性生长特点且可远处转移。由于该病起病比较隐匿,病程早期患者常无任何临床症状,很多患者前来就诊时已经发生了肝外侵犯及转移。本文旨在研究肝泡型包虫病伴肝外侵犯及转移的CT及MRI影像表现,提高临床医生对肝内外泡型包虫病的认识,做出全面诊断,做到精准医疗,以期改善预后,提高患者生活质量。
Hepatic alveolar echinococcosis (HAE) is a zoonotic parasitic disease caused by the larvae of Echino-coccus multilocular. Alveolar echinococcosis has invasive growth characteristics similar to tumors and can metastasize distally. Because the onset of the disease is relatively insidious, patients often do not have any clinical symptoms in the early stage of the disease, and many patients have already developed extrahepatic invasion and metastasis when they come to the clinic. The purpose of this study is to study the CT and MRI imaging manifestations of hepatic alveolar echinococcosis with ex-trahepatic invasion and metastasis, to improve clinicians’ understanding of intrahepatic and extra-hepatic alveolar echinococcosis, to make a comprehensive diagnosis, and to achieve precision medi-cine, in order to improve the prognosis and improve the quality of life of the patients.
