Abstract:

本文针对山东省高职院校的439名应届毕业生进行了关于就业能力、自我效能感和自尊的测量,旨在探讨这三者之间的关系。研究结果显示,应届高职毕业生的就业能力在性别、专业和生源地等变量上没有显著差异,而自尊在自我效能和就业能力之间发挥了部分中介作用。研究认为,为了促进应届高职毕业生的就业能力发展,可以尝试提升其自我效能感和自尊等心理特质。
In this paper, 439 recent graduates from higher vocational colleges and universities in Shandong Province were measured regarding employability, self-efficacy and self-esteem with the aim of ex-ploring the relationship between these three variables. The results of the study showed that there were no significant differences in the employability of fresh senior graduates on the variables of gender, specialty and place of origin, while self-esteem played a partial mediating role between self-efficacy and employability. The study concluded that in order to promote the development of employability among recent senior graduates, attempts can be made to enhance psychological traits such as self-efficacy and self-esteem.
