Abstract:

一直以来,我国致力于教育事业的发展,高度关注基础教育阶段的教育工程建设,并取得极大成就。但不可避免的,教育高度发展的同时,校园欺凌问题也愈演愈烈,不容忽视。校园欺凌现象成为高发事件,且发生率持续升高。面对这一趋势,加强对于校园欺凌的治理力度,促进安全校园的建设,已经成为实现教育质量更高发展的必然之举。本文通过分析当前我国校园欺凌治理中存在的问题,并结合校园欺凌的成因及危害,探索法律层面下治理校园欺凌的途径,为校园欺凌得到良好规制提供对策。
Since all this time, our country has been committed to the development of education career, highly pays attention to the basic education stage of education project construction, and has obtained great achievements. But inevitably, with the high development of education, the problem of school bullying is also getting worse and worse, which cannot be ignored. The phenomenon of school bullying has become a high incidence, and the incidence continues to rise. In the face of this trend, strengthening the governance of campus bullying and promoting the construction of safe campuses has become an inevitable move to achieve higher quality development of education. By analyzing the existing problems in the current governance of school bullying in China, and combining the causes and harms of school bullying, this paper explores the approaches to the governance of school bullying under the legal level, so as to provide countermeasures for the good regulation of school bullying.
