Abstract:

随着全球经济进入寒冬,各行业面临着严峻的挑战和压力。由于全球经济下行、人口红利减弱、市场需求萎缩等原因,许多企业不得不采取裁员措施以降低运营成本和应对困境。本文探讨了经济寒冬下社会工作者如何在裁员风波中发挥优势,帮助企业和员工度过难关。通过对相关文献的梳理和分析,并结合实地调查和案例研究,本文总结了社会工作者如何利用自己的专业知识和技能,发挥独特的优势,从员工、企业、社会三个层面为被裁员员工提供心理疏导、就业指导、法律援助等服务,帮助他们顺利度过难关。本文将探讨经济寒冬下社会工作者如何在裁员风波中发挥优势,为企业和员工搭建沟通平台,推动企业参与社会文化建设和可持续发展路径,促进社会的稳定与和谐发展。同时也为未来社会工作者的实践提供启示和借鉴。
As the global economy enters the cold winter, various industries are facing severe challenges and pressures. Due to the global economic downturn, weakening demographic dividend and shrinking market demand, many companies have had to lay off workers to reduce operating costs and cope with difficulties. This paper discusses how social workers can give full play to their advantages in the layoffs to help enterprises and employees overcome difficulties in the economic winter. Through combing and analysis of related literature, and combined with field investigation and case study, this paper summarizes the social workers how to use their professional knowledge and skills, play a unique advantages, from employees, enterprises, social three levels to be layoffs employees provide psychological counseling, employment guidance, legal aid and other services, to help them through smoothly. This paper will discuss how social workers can give full play to their advantages in the cold economic winter, build a communication platform for enterprises and employees, promote enterprises to participate in social and cultural construction and sustainable development path, and promote the stability and harmonious development of society. At the same time, it also provides inspiration and reference for the practice of future social workers.
