国有企业成本管控现状和对策
Actuality & Countermeasures of Cost Control in State-Owned Enterprises

经济效益是企业一切经济活动的根本出发点，而经济效益的好坏取决于收入和成本的高低。在企业的经营活动中，成本管控是非常重要的方面。当前，随着各行业内部企业之间的竞争日趋激烈，在市场趋近饱和的情况下，企业的成本管控能力一定程度上决定了企业竞争能力和生存能力。文章在分析国有企业成本管控的重要性基础上，针对国有企业成本管控存在的问题进行分析，并提出了加强企业成本管控的具体举措和建议。
Economic benefits are the fundamental starting point for all economic activities of enterprises, and the quality of economic benefits depends on the level of income and costs. Cost control is a very important aspect in the business activities of enterprises. Currently, with the increasingly fierce competition among internal enterprises in various industries and the market approaching saturation, the cost control ability of enterprises to a certain extent determines their competitiveness and survival ability. On the basis of the importance of cost control, this paper analyzes the problems in cost control of state-owned enterprises and proposes specific measures and suggestions to strengthen enterprise’s cost control.
