空间正义视域下法治化城市空间治理的探究

本文从空间正义的视角，探讨城市空间治理法治化的理论与实践。首先阐明了空间正义在城市发展中的意义，探讨了空间正义与城市空间治理法治化的内在联系。文章重点分析了城市空间治理法治化面临的困境和挑战，包括相关法律法规的缺失和不完善，多主体参与和利益协调带来的法律挑战，以及环境保护法律与城市空间治理的协调。最后，提出了实现城市空间治理法治化的具体途径。这些措施的有序实施有望在法律框架下有效促进城市空间治理的公平和效率，为城市的可持续发展提供坚实的支持。
This paper discusses the theory and practice of legalization of urban spatial governance from the perspective of spatial justice. Firstly, this paper expounds the significance of spatial justice in urban development, and probes into the internal relationship between spatial justice and the legalization of urban spatial governance. This paper focuses on the analysis of the dilemmas and challenges facing the legalization of urban space governance, including the lack and imperfection of relevant laws and regulations, the legal challenges brought by multi-subject participation and interest coordination, and the coordination of environmental protection laws and urban space governance. Finally, the paper puts forward the concrete way to realize the legalization of urban spatial governance. The orderly implementation of these measures is expected to effectively promote the fairness and efficiency of urban spatial governance under the legal framework, and provide solid support for sustainable urban development.
