高校学生申诉权的生成具有宪法依据，也是公民基本人权的具体构成。统观当前高校学生申诉权的运行现状，仍然存在申诉委员会设置不完善、申诉内容范围不全面、申诉委员会权责不匹配的问题，这些问题导致大学生权利救济的实现困难重重。我们需要从学生法制观念的加强、申诉范围的扩大、申诉委员会的人员配置细化以及申诉委员会运行权力的强化等方面，建立健全高校大学生申诉制度，维护学生合法权益，进一步加强高校法治化建设。
The generation of college students’ right to appeal has constitutional basis and is also a specific component of citizens’ basic human rights. Looking at the current operational status of the appeal rights of college students, there are still problems such as incomplete establishment of appeal committees, incomplete scope of appeal content, and mismatched powers and responsibilities of appeal committees. These problems have led to difficulties in realizing the rights and remedies of college students. We need to establish and improve the appeal system for college students, safeguard their legitimate rights and interests, and further strengthen the construction of the rule of law in universities by strengthening students’ legal concepts, expanding the scope of appeals, refining the personnel allocation of appeal committees, and strengthening the operational power of appeal committees.
