浅析高职教育中实训课程教学方法创新改革
Brief Analysis on the Innovation and Reform of Practical Training Teaching Methods in Higher Vocational Education

随着高等职业教育的飞速发展，高等职业教育承担着为社会输送技能型和创新型人才的重任；实训实验课程又是高等职业教育教学中非常重要的一个环节，为适应社会性和职业性的发展，本文从课程结构、考核方式、教学方法、产教融合等方面进行探讨，对传统教学模式进行创新改革，将高等职业教育培养技能型、应用型人才的培养目标落实到实训课程教学方法的创新改革中，为社会提供高技能人才助力。
With the rapid development of higher vocational education, higher vocational education under-takes the important task of conveying skilled and innovative talents for the society. The practical training experiment course is a very important link in the teaching of higher vocational education. In order to adapt to the social and professional development, this paper discusses the innovation of the traditional teaching mode from the aspects of curriculum structure, assessment method, teach-ing method, integration of production and education, and implements the training goal of training skilled and applied talents in higher vocational education into the reform and innovation of teach-ing methods of practical vocational education, to provide support for society with highly skilled personnel.
