Abstract:

本文以重庆市万州区某重点中学高中生为研究对象,采用问卷调查的研究方法,主要探讨了焦虑对高中生英语学习的影响,研究焦虑情绪产生的主要原因,结果表明高中生普遍存在英语学习焦虑,产生英语学习焦虑的原因主要有学生自身、学校以及家庭原因。本文根据学生的英语学习焦虑的不同成因采用针对性的教学策略,引导学生正确认识和从容面对英语学习中普遍存在的焦虑问题,把学习压力转化为学习动力,帮助他们有效学习和健康成长。
This paper takes high school students from a middle school in Wan Zhou, Chongqing as the research object, adopts the research method of questionnaire survey, mainly discusses the influence of anxi-ety on high school students’ English learning, and studies the main causes of anxiety. The results show that English learning anxiety is common in high school students, and the causes of English learning anxiety mainly include students’ own reasons, school reasons and family reasons. Accord-ing to the different causes of students’ English learning anxiety, this paper adopts targeted teaching strategies to guide students to correctly understand and calmly face the common anxiety problem in English learning, transform learning pressure into learning motivation, and help them learn ef-fectively and grow healthily.
