创新活动的系统耦合对保险公司经营效率的经济后果、影响路径与机制探讨——以A保险公司为例
Discussion on the Economic Consequence, Influence Path and Mechanism of the System Coupling of Innovation Activities on the Operational Efficiency of Insurance Companies—Taking Insurance Company A as an Example

A保险公司是我国专注于互联网保险业务的公司，近年来，公司不断推进科技创新、服务创新、管理创新以及经营创新，并且着力于耦合这四种创新模式，实现提升经营效率的目的。现阶段，A保险公司通过打造“健康、数字生活、消费金融、汽车”四大产业生态实现了创新系统的耦合。为此，本文对A公司创新系统耦合提升公司经营效率的路径与机制进行了探究。探究发现，信息共享与传递路径、技术与业务协调路径、团队协作与协调路径是创新系统耦合发挥作用的三条主要路径。进一步探究其机制可知，A公司在创新过程中严格嵌入了“战略规划–有效沟通–及时反馈–绩效评估–灵活调整”创新耦合机制，从而使得创新活动之间的关系越发紧密，进而提升了经营效率。期冀本文研究能够给同行业、同类型的研究带来一定的启示。
Insurance Company A is a company focusing on the Internet insurance business in China. In recent years, the company has continuously promoted scientific and technological innovation, service innovation, management innovation and business innovation, and focused on the coupling of the four innovation modes to achieve the purpose of improving operational efficiency. At this stage, Insurance Company A has realized the coupling of the innovation system by creating the four industrial ecosystems of “health, digital life, consumer finance and automobile”. Therefore, this paper explores the path and mechanism of a company’s innovation system coupling to improve the company’s operating efficiency. It is found that information sharing and transmission path, technology and business coordination path, team collaboration and coordination path are the three main paths for innovation system coupling to play a role. By further exploring its mechanism, it can be seen that Company A has strictly embedded the innovation coupling mechanism of “strategic planning-effective communication-timely feedbacks-performance evaluation-flexible adjustment” in the innovation process, thus making the relationship between innovation activities closer and closer and thus improving the operating efficiency. It is hoped that this study can bring certain enlightenment to the same industry and the same type of research.
