This paper discusses the existing problems of intellectual property management in enterprises, such as imperfect intellectual property management system, lack of intellectual property management personnel and weak awareness of intellectual property, and proposes to strengthen enterprises’ cognition of intellectual property management, further improve the development and improvement of strategic planning of intellectual property management, and ensure the stability of intellectual property personnel team. At the same time, it is important to strengthen the intellectual property education of enterprises and improve their ability to create and use intellectual property. In order to enhance the technological innovation ability and core competitiveness of enterprises, it is very important to deal with the problem of intellectual property management.
