中小学教育惩戒实施现状及对策研究

Abstract:

教育惩戒作为一种教育方式,在中小学教育活动中常有运用。本文通过调查发现当前我国中小学教育惩戒的运用暴露出一定程度上的对教育惩戒实施态度不清、对教育惩戒育人目的认识不明、教育惩戒实施方式不当等一系列问题。并对这些问题产生的原因进行了分析,认为主要是教育主体和社会各方面对教育惩戒的认知不足、教育惩戒相关法律法规未完善、还有社会舆论的不当引导等。从而进一步提出,中小学教育惩戒要走出这一困境,则在实施教育惩戒时,首先需要坚持教育性,体现育人为本的理念;其次需要强调合法性,做到客观公正、合法合规;再者需要注重适当性,确保不损害学生的身心健康;还有就是需要把握灵活性,掌握灵活多样的教育惩戒方式,根据具体情况进行分析和施策。遵循这些实施原则从而使得教育惩戒更科学合理的实施,真正发挥出“育人”的价值。
As a way of education, educational punishment is often used in primary and secondary education activities. Through the investigation, this paper finds that the current application of education pun-ishment in primary and secondary schools in China has exposed a series of problems, such as un-clear attitude towards the implementation of education punishment, unclear understanding of the purpose of education punishment, and improper implementation of education punishment. The causes of these problems are analyzed, and it is believed that the main reasons are the lack of awareness of educational punishment by educational subjects and social parties, the imperfect laws and regulations related to educational punishment, and the improper guidance of public opinion. Therefore, it is further proposed that in order to get out of this dilemma, in the implementation of educational punishment, we first need to adhere to the concept of education and embody the con-cept of educating people. Secondly, it is necessary to emphasize legitimacy, to achieve objective and fair, legal compliance; furthermore, it is necessary to focus on appropriateness to ensure that students’ physical and mental health is not compromised; there is also a need to grasp flexibility, master flexible and diverse ways of education and punishment, and analyze and implement policies ac-cording to specific conditions. Follow these implementation principles so as to make the implemen-tation of educational punishment more scientific and reasonable, and really play the value of education.
