A Brief Analysis on the Copyright Ownership of Artificial Intelligence Products

关于人工智能生成物是否享有著作权保护存在争议，这是一个备受关注的问题，本文首先介绍了人工智能以及人工智能生成物的概念以及含义，然后探讨了人工智能生成物是否应该享有著作权保护的争议，接着提出了解决这一问题的关键，并且讨论了人工智能生成物著作权的归属设计，最后得出结论人工智能生成物属于作品，通常情况下其著作权属于作者，在特殊情况下，为了鼓励创作，由使用者享有著作权。
There is controversy about whether artificial intelligence products enjoy copyright protection, which has attracted much attention. This paper first introduces the concept and meaning of artificial intelligence and artificial intelligence products, then discusses the dispute about whether artificial intelligence products should enjoy copyright protection, and then puts forward the key to solve this problem. It also discusses the design of copyright ownership of artificial intelligence products, and finally comes to the conclusion that artificial intelligence products belong to the work, the copyright usually belongs to the author, in special cases, in order to encourage creation, the user enjoys the copyright.
