社交焦虑视角下青年大学生“内卷”心态成因研究

Abstract:
新时代，“内卷”成为青年大学生群体社交焦虑的具化体现，是群体成员之间互相倾轧或“被自愿”竞争的代名词，其表现出过度参与竞争、强烈危机意识、频繁自我内耗的基本特征。本文以社交焦虑视角为着力点，针对青年大学生群体“内卷”心态的成因进行剖析，运用羊群效用理论、社会比较理论、自我差异理论对焦虑心态成因进行探析，以期为破解青年大学生“内卷”心态提供思路。
In the new era, “inner volume” has become the embodiment of the social anxiety of young college students, and is a synonym for mutual competition or “voluntary” competition among group mem-bers. It shows the basic characteristics of excessive participation in competition, strong sense of cri-sis and frequent self-internal friction. From the perspective of social anxiety, this paper analyzes the causes of the “inner volume” mentality of young college students, and analyzes the causes of anxiety with the theory of herd utility, social comparison theory and the theory of self-difference, in order to provide ideas for solving the “inner volume” mentality of young college students.
