Abstract:

The applications of artificial intelligence bring a series of ethical problems. The paper explores the action mechanism of UPB under artificial intelligence substitution, the evolution differences of UPB under different substitution risk. Based on the 300 day simulation, the following two conclusions are obtained: about 45 days before the evolution result, the level of UPB will increase significantly in a short time after employees perceive the risk of artificial intelligence, and remain relatively sta-ble after about 160 days; The system operation found that the higher the risk perception of artifi-cial intelligence substitution, the higher the overall level of UPB. Among them, the cumulative dif-ference of UPB under different risk perceptions mainly comes from the difference of UPB within 45 days before the perceived replacement risk. This conclusion is helpful to prioritize the system and ethical dilemma of AI.
