Abstract:

当前由于人为因素导致的全球气候变化会直接影响水资源的总量、可用量和水资源安全。莫索湾灌区位于玛纳斯河中下游地区,地处我国西北干旱地区,灌区内主要以农业种植为主,需水量大,其水源主要依靠玛纳斯河上游山区融雪和降水补给。莫索湾灌区为国民经济发展和边疆建设做出了巨大贡献。在当前气候变化背景下,本文对灌区2015~2023年的年际配出水量、月平均配出水量和季节平均配出水量进行了变化特征分析,以期为保障灌区内的用水安全提供数据支撑。
The current global climate change caused by human factors will directly affect the total amount, availability, and water security of water resources. Mosuowan Irrigation District is located in the middle and lower reaches of the Manas River, in the arid region of northwestern China. The irriga-tion area is mainly focused on agricultural cultivation, with a high demand for water. Its water source mainly relies on snowmelt and precipitation in the mountainous areas of the upper reaches of the Manas River. The Mosuowan Irrigation District has made significant contributions to the de-velopment of the national economy and border construction. In the context of current climate change, this article analyzed the variation characteristics of annual, monthly, and seasonal average water allocation in irrigation areas from 2015 to 2023, in order to provide data support for ensur-ing water safety in the irrigation areas.
