自十八大以来，社区治理内涵不断拓展，从制度治理、技术治理再到情感治理。情感治理的出场正是对治理实践中制度治理和技术治理的反思，并成为补齐社区治理缺陷的重要选择。情感融入城市社区治理有其优越性，不啻于凝聚社区情感，还能优化社区治理方式，提高社区情感治理能力。但情感治理具有局限性，可能产生情感控制、制度消解、个体素质依赖等问题。因此，未来城市社区情感治理应从规情结合的情感治理方式、情感治理机制、情感治理内生资源等方面进行优化。
Since the 18th National Congress, the connotation of community governance has been expanding, from institutional governance, technical governance to emotional governance. The appearance of emotional governance is precisely a reflection on institutional governance and technical governance in governance practice, and has become an important choice to make up for the deficiencies of community governance. The integration of emotion into urban community governance has its supe-riority, not only in the cohesion of community emotion, but also to optimize the way of community governance, and improve the ability of community emotional governance. However, emotional gov-ernance has limitations, which may produce problems such as emotional control, system dissolution, and individual quality dependence. Therefore, in the future, urban community emotional govern-ance should be optimized in terms of the combination of emotional governance methods, emotional governance mechanisms, and endogenous resources for emotional governance.
