中国–东盟的经济贸易合作——以农产品贸易为例
China-ASEAN Economic and Trade Cooperation—Taking Agricultural Products Trade as an Example

中国与东盟双方互为最大的贸易合作伙伴，为顺应经济全球化浪潮，中国–东盟自由贸易区应运而生，双方合作稳步推进，至今贸易区升级版协定签署已超过七年。农业作为各国尤其是东盟国家的支柱型产业，被自由贸易区最先提上日程，双方协定提出减税等多项支持措施并获得显著成效。2023年中国–东盟自由贸易区3.0版谈判开启首轮协商，预计未来双方将继续深入合作。本文通过对中国–东盟农产品贸易合作历程、现状、影响的研究，希望可以对中国–东盟自由贸易区内农产品交易的可持续健康发展提供一些有益的建议。
China and ASEAN are each other’s largest trading partners. In response to the wave of economic globalization, China-ASEAN Free Trade Area (FTA) came into being, the two sides have been steadily advancing their cooperation, and so far the upgraded version of the FTA has been signed for more than seven years. Agriculture, as a pillar industry of all countries, especially ASEAN countries, is the first to be put on the agenda of the free trade area, and the agreement between the two sides put forward a number of supportive measures, such as tax reductions, and has achieved remarkable results. In 2023, the China-ASEAN FTA 3.0 version of the negotiation opened the first round of consultations, and it is expected that the two sides will continue to deepen their cooperation in the future. This paper, through the study of the history, current situation and impact of China-ASEAN agricultural trade cooperation, hopes to provide some useful suggestions for the sustainable and healthy development of the trade of agricultural products in the China-ASEAN Free Trade Area.
