芜湖市电子政务发展的现状、问题及对策研究

随着信息时代的发展，移动互联网、大数据、云计算等技术在各行各业发挥着越来越重要的作用。政府运用新一代信息技术可以进行数据共享、缩减办事流程，为人民提供更加精细化、精准化的服务。电子政务的发展在政府建设中占据着举足轻重的地位，是顺应政府改革的重要举措，是转变政府职能的重要环节，有助于推动政府治理能力的现代化。芜湖市政府积极顺应国家政务信息化建设规划，着力推进行政方式的智能化，在电子政务方面取得了长足进展。然而，芜湖市电子政务发展仍存在诸如地区建设差异、数据共建共享不足、宣传推广不到位等问题，有待在今后通过完善基础设施、加强数据资源管理、汇聚多方力量、强化多主体监督等措施进行完善，提高政府的服务水平。

The development of e-government plays an important role in the construction of government, it is an important measure to comply with the government reform, it is an important link to transform the government function, and it is helpful to promote the modernization of government governance ability. The Wuhu government has made great progress in e-government by actively adapting to the national government information construction plan and promoting the intelligentization of administrative methods. However, there are still some problems in the development of e-government in Wuhu, such as regional construction differences, insufficient data sharing and co-construction, insufficient publicity and promotion, etc., in the future, we should improve the infrastructure, strengthen the management of data resources, gather multi-forces and strengthen multi-subject supervision to improve the service level of the government.
