基于PEST分析比亚迪新能源汽车出口对比研究——以新加坡，瑞士，巴西为例
Based on PEST Analysis of BYD New Energy Vehicle Export Comparative Study—Taking Singapore, Switzerland and Brazil as Examples

借助比亚迪的新能源技术的逐渐成熟，比亚迪新能源汽车正在加速“出海”，比亚迪的新能源汽车正在逐步走向各个国家，但就推广情况来看却存在区域差异。为了解析比亚迪新能源汽车在各国家推广背后的发展动因及特征规律，以新加坡，瑞士，巴西为例，基于PEST分析，分别从政治、经济、社会、技术四个方面，对比比亚迪新能源汽车在三个国家推广模式的差异策略。研究表明案例国家在上述四个方面均存在差异，通过整合案例国家的推广经验，提出各地应以因地制宜、需求导向为原则，参照上述典型经验促进比亚迪新能源汽车的出口。
With the help of BYD’s new energy technology gradually mature, BYD new energy vehicles are accelerating “out to sea”, BYD’s new energy vehicles are gradually moving to various countries, but there are regional differences in the promotion of the situation. In order to analyze the development drivers and characteristics behind the promotion of BYD new energy vehicles in various countries, take Singapore, Switzerland and Brazil as examples, based on PEST analysis, compare the promotion strategies of BYD new energy vehicles in the three countries from the four aspects of politics, economy, society and technology. The study shows that there are differences in the case countries in the above four aspects. By integrating the promotion experience of the case countries, it is proposed that all regions should adapt measures to local conditions and demand oriented, and promote the export of BYD new energy vehicles by referring to the above typical experience.
