郁证从肺论治理论与方法探析
Exploration of the Theory and Method of Treating Depression Syndrome from the Lung

郁证是以情志变化为主要表现的临床常见病证。历代医家对其病机的探析多围绕肝、心、脾、肾展开，鲜有从肺论治。本文以肺主气，肺在志为忧，探讨肺与郁证的中医理论关系，总结提出郁证从肺论治的有关治疗方法，以期丰富拓展临证辨郁思路。
Depression syndrome is a common clinical symptom characterized by emotional changes. The analysis of its pathogenesis by medical experts throughout history has mostly revolved around the liver, heart, spleen, and kidneys, with little discussion and treatment based on the lungs. This arti-cle explores the theoretical relationship between the lung and depression syndrome in traditional Chinese medicine, focusing on the principle of lung governing qi and the determination of the mind. It summarizes and proposes relevant treatment methods for treating depression syndrome based on the lung, in order to enrich and expand the thinking of clinical syndrome differentiation.
