人口老龄化背景下“银发族”再就业问题的调查研究——基于对武汉市的调研
A Survey and Study on the Reemployment Issues of the “Silver Haired” under the Background of Population Aging—Based on a Survey of Wuhan City

随着我国人口老龄化程度不断加深，“银发族”再就业问题日益受到社会各界的广泛关注。本研究以武汉60岁及以上退休老年人为研究对象，对老年人的再就业意愿、影响就业的因素以及存在的问题进行调查分析。研究发现，受访老年人中有较强的再就业意愿，但实际再就业率较低；影响再就业的主要因素包括身体条件、家庭经济状况、社会环境等；当前老年人再就业所面临的主要问题是就业岗位有限、存在一定就业歧视等。研究提出，应从“银发族”再就业的现状出发，发现问题并采取措施，拓宽老年人就业岗位渠道，倡导重视和尊重老年人劳动价值，为老年人再就业创造良好环境。本研究为促进我国老年人更好地实现再就业，维护老年人合法权益提出了合理建议。
With the deepening of China’s aging population, the issue of reemployment for the “silver haired” is increasingly receiving widespread attention from all sectors of society. This study focuses on retired elderly people aged 60 and above in Wuhan, and investigates and analyzes their willingness to reemployment, factors affecting employment, and existing problems. Research has found that the surveyed elderly have a strong willingness to reemployment, but the actual reemployment rate is relatively low; the main factors affecting reemployment include physical conditions, family economic status, social environment, etc.; the main problems currently faced by elderly people in reemployment are limited employment opportunities and certain employment discrimination. The study suggests that starting from the current situation of reemployment among the “silver haired” population, problems should be identified and measures should be taken to broaden the employ-ment channels for the elderly, advocate for the importance and respect of the labor value of the elderly, and create a good environment for their reemployment. This study provides reasonable suggestions to promote the better realization of reemployment for the elderly in China and to safeguard their legitimate rights and interests.
