Abstract:

教育部颁布的《学前教育专业师范生教师职业能力标准(试行)》是学前教育专业师范生职业能力培养的指导性文件,其明确提出合格的学前教育师范生应该具备的四种职业能力并分层逐步细化进行解读,准确描摹出新时代学前教育师范生的立体形象,为学前教育专业“培养什么样的人”提供了基本走向。高职院校学前教育专业应根据《标准》提供的具体行动方略,坚持立德树人、以生为本,加强专业建设,实现三全育人,促进师范生职业能力的持续增进。
The Standard for Professional Ability Standards for Teachers of Preschool Education Professional Teachers (Trial) issued by the Ministry of Education is a guiding document for the cultivation of vocational competence of preschool education teacher students, which clearly puts forward the four vocational competences that qualified preschool education teacher students should have and interprets them in a gradual and detailed manner, accurately depicting the three-dimensional image of the preschool education teacher students in the new era, and provides a basic direction of “what kind of people to cultivate” in the preschool education profes-sion. It provides a basic direction for what kind of people should be cultivated in preschool education. According to the specific action strategies provided by the Standard, the preschool education majors of higher vocational colleges and universities should adhere to the principles of “cultivating people with moral integrity” and “taking students as the foundation”, strengthen the professional construction, realize the three-pronged education, and promote the continuous enhancement of the vocational competence of the teacher trainees.
