Abstract:

环网柜是城市配电网中的重要供电设备,目前在运的环网柜无法实现在线监测,运维人员无法在第一时间知道故障并精确定位故障所在环网柜。本项目运用传感器以及物联网技术对在运环网柜进行实时监测。实现运用多传感器系统对环网柜进行综合性、全方位监测。采集了大量现场实验数据对比分析,对各大传感器数据算法不断迭代更新。运用4G物联网通信系统及云数据处理技术,确保了数据传输的实时性与可靠性。开发出手机APP接收云端下发的数据信息,实现了随时随地获取环网柜运行数据,提高了本系统使用的便捷性。可使用手机APP人为设置报警阈值,使得设备可适应不同场合的环网柜故障检测需求,可查看历史故障信息,算法判断故障的同时,预留出人工判断故障的余地。使得运维人员可第一时间发现故障并通过网络将故障信息以及故障环网柜位置,从而迅速到达现场进行故障排查,提升配电网运行安全度。
The ring main unit (RMU) is an important power supply equipment in urban distribution networks. Currently, the RMU in operation cannot achieve online monitoring, and maintenance personnel cannot know the fault in a timely manner and accurately locate the location of the fault in the RMU. This project utilizes sensors and Internet of Things technology to monitor the operating ring network cabinet in real-time. Realize the comprehensive and all-round monitoring of the ring main unit using a multi-sensor system. We have collected a large amount of on-site experimental data for comparative analysis, and continuously iterated and updated the data algorithms of various sensors. The use of 4G IoT communication system and cloud data processing technology ensures real-time and reliable data transmission. We have developed a mobile app to receive data information from the cloud, which enables us to obtain operational data of the ring main cabinet anytime and anywhere, improving the convenience of using this system. You can use a mobile app to manually set alarm thresholds, so that the device can adapt to the fault detection needs of the ring main unit in different situations. You can view historical fault information, use algorithms to determine faults, and reserve room for manual fault diagnosis. Enable operation and maintenance personnel to detect faults in the first time and quickly arrive at the site through the network to provide fault information and the location of the faulty ring main unit, thereby improving the safety of distribution network operation.
