乡村振兴背景下旅居式养老田园社区建设
Construction of Sojourn Aged Care Rural Community under the Background of Rural Revitalization

随着人口老年化，养老问题成为新时代我国亟需解决的问题。目前主要依靠养老院、居家养老等传统模式，但是这些模式存在专业护理不足、无法满足多样化养老需求、安全隐患高和缺乏社区支持等问题。本文通过文献梳理，借鉴国内外新型养老模式的建设经验，分析我国建设新型养老模式的必要性，提出在乡村地区从政府引导、企业联合、人才引进等方面建立旅居式养老田园社区。旅居式养老田园社区是一种以田园环境为依托，满足老年人休闲度假需求的养老产业模式。这种模式不仅能解决养老问题，作为传统养老模式的补充，同时又利用乡村闲置房屋、改变乡村就业结构等作用，从而推动乡村振兴。
With the aging of population, the pension problem has become an urgent problem in a new era of our country. At present, it mainly relies on traditional models such as nursing homes and home care, but these models have problems such as insufficient professional nursing, unable to meet diverse needs for elderly care, high safety risks and lack of community support. Through literature review, this paper draws lessons from the construction experience of the new pension model at home and abroad, analyzes the necessity of the construction of the new pension model in China, and puts forward in rural areas from the government guidance, enterprise joint, talent introduction and other aspects of the establishment of sojourn-style retirement rural communities. The sojourn aged care pastoral community is a pension industry model based on pastoral environment to meet the needs of the elderly for leisure and vacation. This model can not only solve the problem of old-age care, make it a supplement to the traditional pension model, and at the same time, it makes use of rural idle houses and changes the rural employment structure, thus promoting rural revitalization.
