Abstract:

高职高专学生身心健康问题日益引起广泛关注。本文旨在分析影响高职高专学生身心健康的因素,采用文献资料、问卷调查、数理统计等方法对学生身心健康状况进行研究,并运用风险预测模型进行评估和干预建议。通过综合考虑社会环境、家庭关系、学校环境和个人特征等多个层面的因素,全面把握高职高专学生身心健康问题的复杂性。
The issue of physical and mental health among higher vocational and technical students has in-creasingly attracted widespread attention. This article aims to analyze the factors that affect the physical and mental health of higher vocational and technical students, using methods such as lit-erature review, questionnaire survey, and statistical analysis to study their physical and mental health status. Risk prediction models are also applied for assessment and intervention suggestions. By comprehensively considering factors at multiple levels, including social environment, family relationships, school environment, and individual characteristics, the complexity of the physical and mental health issues among higher vocational and technical students can be fully understood.
