Abstract:

资质过剩感是人岗不匹配的产物。本文通过梳理和总结资质过剩感的相关文献,分析了资质过剩感的主要特征,介绍了资质过剩感的测量方法,总结了资质过剩感产生的原因,并指明资质过剩感对员工行为态度产生的正负方面的影响。基于此,本文说明了关于资质过剩感未来可能需要关注的方向。
The sense of overqualification is a product of the mismatch between people and jobs. This paper re-views and summarizes the literature on perceived overqualification, analyses the main characteristics of perceived overqualification, introduces the measurement of perceived overqualification, summarizes the causes of perceived overqualification, and identifies the positive and negative effects of perceived overqualification on employees’ behavior and attitudes. Based on this, the paper suggests possible directions for future attention regarding the perception of perceived overqualification.
