Abstract:

随着对生鲜产品需求的增加,冷链运输的保护和监测变得越来越重要。本文从绿色冷链运输的角度出发,调研了现有的冷链运输情况,并针对存在的问题,设计了“绿色精准温控 + 监测”体系。为实现绿色精准温控,提出了变频温控、货物预冷和保温效果三个模型,分别从温度精准控制、货物预冷时间和保温材料选择等方面给出思路。在车辆货物状态监测方面,利用物联网、区块链等技术对车厢状态信息进行监测,并通过车载终端控制制冷机,同时对运输中的货物进行监测,以确保整个运输过程中的冷链质量。
With the increasing demand for fresh products, the protection and monitoring of cold chain transportation have become increasingly important. This article starts from the perspective of green cold chain transportation, investigates the current situation of cold chain transportation, and designs a “green precise temperature control + monitoring” system to address the existing issues. To achieve green precise temperature control, three models are proposed: variable frequency temperature control, pre-cooling of goods, and selection of insulation materials, providing ideas for temperature control accuracy, pre-cooling time, and insulation material selection. In terms of monitoring the status of vehicle and goods, technologies such as the Internet of Things and blockchain are utilized to monitor the status information of the vehicle compartment. The refrigeration unit is controlled through the onboard terminal, and the goods are monitored during transportation to ensure the quality of the entire cold chain process.
