管道穿越高速公路安全影响分析
|
Abstract:
随着各类涉路行为日趋增多，对涉路行为的安全评价结论成为行政许可的主要依据。本文以管道顶管穿越高速公路为例，针对管道穿越高速公路可能产生的影响进行分析，形成一套检查表格，并收集规范标准进行量化评价，同时对存在的安全隐患进行识别与评估，并提出相应的建议，为类似项目提供借鉴。
With the increasing of various kinds of road behaviors, the conclusion of safety evaluation on-road behaviors has become the main basis for administrative licensing. This paper takes pipeline jacking through the highway as an example, analyzes the possible impact of the pipeline crossing the highway, forms a set of inspection forms, collects norms and standards for quantitative evaluation, identifies and evaluates the existing safety hazards, and puts forward corresponding suggestions to provide a reference for similar projects.
