遗产活化视角下工业遗产更新设计研究——以龙泉国境药厂为例
Research on Industrial Heritage Renewal Design from the Perspective of Heritage Revitalization—Taking Longquan Guojing Pharmaceutical Factory as an Example

现代城市的快速发展，导致城市里遗存了大量的工业建筑遗产，这些遗产对于城市来说具有重要的历史、文化、经济等价值，如何盘活好这些建筑空间，更新他们的功能属性，促进遗产的活化利用是本次设计改造探索的重点。本文以龙泉国境药厂更新改造设计研究为例，方案改造设计始终秉持着“合理保留，引进多样”的理念，结合特色地域文化，对遗产建筑、景观及室内进行了整体设计规划。本次设计力求探索工业建筑遗产的活力重生，打造一个极具活力的龙泉城市会客厅。改造完以后的空间集商业、服务、展览、运动、餐饮及周边必要的配套公共设施于一体，面向不同人群提供服务，从而促进工业遗产的活化利用。
The rapid development of modern cities has resulted in a large amount of industrial architectural heritage remaining in the city, which has important historical, cultural, and economic value for the city. How to revitalize these architectural spaces, update their functional attributes, and promote the activation and utilization of heritage is the focus of this design and renovation exploration. This article takes the research on the renovation design of Longquan Guojing Pharmaceutical Factory as an example. The renovation design always adheres to the concept of “reasonable preservation, introduction of diversity”, and combines the unique regional culture to carry out overall design planning for heritage buildings, landscapes, and interiors. This design aims to explore the revitalization of industrial architectural heritage and create a highly dynamic Longquan urban reception hall. After the renovation, the space integrates commerce, services, exhibitions, sports, catering, and necessary supporting public facilities in the surrounding area, providing services to different groups of people, thereby promoting the activation and utiliza-tion of industrial heritage.
