An Analysis of Rousseau’s Social Contract Theory Ideas

卢梭是一位激进民主主义者，是近代欧洲浪漫主义运动之父，欧洲大陆最负盛名的政治哲学家。在西方政治思想史中，卢梭的《社会契约论》是最为重要的古典文献之一，卢梭的社会契约论，不同于之前的霍布斯和洛克的社会契约论。主张“一切人把一切权利转让给一切人”，从而保护每个人的自由、平等。本文侧重于分析卢梭的社会契约论思想，将从卢梭社会契约论的时代背景、思想探索方面以及产生的相关影响这三部分分析。
Rousseau was a radical democrat, the father of the Romantic movement in modern Europe and the most prestigious political philosopher in continental Europe. In the history of Western political thought, Rousseau’s Social Contract is one of the most important classical texts. Rousseau’s social contract theory is different from that of Hobbes and Locke before him. Rousseau’s social contract theory is different from the previous social contract theory of Hobbes and Locke. It advocates that “all men transfer all rights to all men”, so as to protect the freedom and equality of each person. This paper focuses on analyzing Rousseau’s social contract theory, which will be analyzed in three parts: the background of Rousseau’s social contract theory, the exploration of ideas, and the related impact.
