价值共创视角下康复辅具社区租赁服务策略研究
A Study on the Strategy of Community Rental Service of Rehabilitation Aids under the Perspective of Value Co-Creation

目的：以优化社区康复辅具租赁服务为目标，探究价值共创介入社区共享康复辅具租赁服务系统设计的创新方法。方法：基于价值共创理论梳理社区共享康复辅具服务过程，运用用户旅程地图挖掘用户需求痛点，基于能力、交互、目的和媒介四个维度对应价值准备、价值共创、价值传递三阶段展开服务设计要素分析。结果：得出面向社区障碍人士的康复辅具租赁服务设计策略。结论：在价值共创理论指导下，结合用户调研提出了提升多元主体共创能力、优化共创交互流程、凝聚价值共创愿景、丰富价值传递媒介四条途径下的七点措施，指导康复辅具社区租赁服务系统的设计与建构。
Purpose: With the goal of optimising community rehabilitation aids leasing service, we explore the innovative approach of value co-creation in the design of community shared rehabilitation aids leasing service system. Methods: Based on the theory of value co-creation, the service process of community shared rehabilitation aids is sorted out, the user journey map is used to explore the pain points of user needs, and the service design elements are analysed based on the four dimensions of capability, interaction, purpose and medium, corresponding to the three phases of value preparation, value co-creation, and value delivery. Results: The design strategy of rehabilitation aids rental service for people with disabilities in the community was developed. Conclusion: Under the guidance of the theory of value co-creation, a seven-point approach is proposed in combination with the user research to enhance the co-creation ability of multiple subjects, optimise the interaction process of co-creation, unite the value vision, and enrich the medium of value transmission, which guides the design and construction of the community leasing service system for rehabilitation aids.
