基于内部控制视角的“银行强制休假”问题调查研究
Investigation and Research on the Problem of “Compulsory Vacation of Banks” from the Perspective of Internal Control

本文简单介绍了强制休假的基本概念，分析了银行执行强制休假的重要性。在此基础上，使用问卷调查的方式对T市各银行的在职员工发放问卷，从而了解强制休假在各单位的执行现状。从现状出发，寻找存在的问题及原因，结合银行的基本条件探讨了银行强制休假执行优化的有效策略。
This paper briefly introduces the basic concept of compulsory vacation and analyzes the importance of implementing compulsory vacation in banks. On this basis, questionnaires are used to issue questionnaires to the active employees of banks in T City, so as to understand the current status of the implementation of compulsory vacation in each unit. Starting from the current situation, we look for the existing problems and reasons, and discuss the effective strategies to optimize the implementation of compulsory vacation in banks in the light of the basic conditions of banks.
