重庆市永川区60岁及以上老年人艾滋病知识知晓情况及其影响因素研究
Study on Awareness of AIDS Knowledge and Its Influencing Factors among Older People Aged 60 and above in Yongchuan District of Chongqing

目的：了解重庆市永川区≥60岁老年人艾滋病知识知晓情况，为进一步制定疫情防控措施提供依据。方法：采用横断面研究，于2022.08~2023.01采用随机整群抽样对永川区≥60岁常住居民进行面对面问卷调查。采用Logistic回归模型对艾滋病知识知晓率进行多因素分析。结果：共有2980名老年人，年龄(69.21 ± 7.06)岁。艾滋病知识知晓率为84.13%。多因素Logistic回归分析显示：居住城市(aOR = 6.78, 95%CI: 3.16~14.55)、无外出务工史(aOR = 2.02, 95%CI: 1.37~2.99)、个人年均收入(元) ≥ 3000 (3000~4999: aOR = 3.14, 95%CI: 2.34~4.40; 5000~9999: aOR = 2.52, 95%CI: 1.64~3.88; ≥10,000: aOR = 2.47, 95%CI: 1.77~3.47)是老年人艾滋病知识知晓的促进因素，而年龄70~79岁(aOR = 0.61, 95%CI: 0.49~0.77)、年龄 ≥ 80岁(aOR = 0.62, 95%CI: 0.45~0.85)是阻碍因素。结论：重庆市永川区≥60岁老年人艾滋病知识知晓率仍然较低，建议针对不同特征人群进行通俗易懂的健康教育宣传活动。
Objective: To understand the awareness of AIDS knowledge among older people aged 60 years and above in Yongchuan District of Chongqing, and provide evidence for further prevention and control measures of AIDS. Methods: A cross-sectional study was conducted in Yongchuan District. A face-to-face questionnaire survey was conducted among residents aged ≥60 years selected by random cluster sampling from 2022.08 to 2023.01. A multivariate Logistic regression model was used to analyze the awareness rate of AIDS knowledge. Results: A total of 2980 older people were included, aged (69.21 ± 7.06) years. The awareness rate of AIDS knowledge was 84.13%. Multivariate Logistic regression analysis showed that: living in urban (aOR = 6.78, 95%CI: 3.16~14.55), no history of migrant workers (aOR = 2.02, 95%CI: 1.37~2.99), and personal annual income (yuan) ≥ 3000 (3000~4999: aOR = 3.14, 95%CI: 2.34~4.40; 5000~9999: aOR=2.52, 95%CI: 1.64~3.88; ≥10,000: aOR = 2.47, 95%CI: 1.77~3.47) were promoting factors of AIDS knowledge, while 70~79 years old (aOR = 0.61, 95%CI: 0.49~0.77) and ≥80 years old (aOR = 0.62, 95%CI: 0.45~0.85) were the hindering factors. Conclusion: The awareness rate of AIDS knowledge among older people aged 60 years and above in Yongchuan District of Chongqing is still low. It is necessary to carry out easy-to-understand health education propaganda activities for people with different characteristics.
