关于积极应对人口老龄化的认识与思考
Understanding and Reflection on Actively Responding to Population Aging

我国自1999年便进入了老龄社会，作为一个占世界总人口近五分之一的人口大国，我国的人口老龄化不仅是自身的问题，而且关系到全球人口老龄化的进程。文章在深入探索国内外人口老龄化特征、马克思主义人口理论、我国老龄工作经验和中华民族传统孝道文化对我国形成积极应对人口老龄化中国方案的启示中，在分析总结中国方案在战略定位、工作格局、重点任务和重要目标等核心要义的基础上，思考我国在新征程上走好积极应对人口老龄化的中国道路的对策措施，并尝试提出行之有效的建议。
China has entered an aging society since 1999, and as a populous country accounting for nearly one-fifth of the world’s total population, population aging in China is not only its own problem, but also has a bearing on the global process of population aging. In the revelation of in-depth exploration of the characteristics of population aging at home and abroad, Marxist population theory, China’s experience in aging work and the traditional filial piety culture of the Chinese nation on the formation of China’s plan to actively respond to population aging in China, and on the basis of analyzing and summarizing the core elements of China’s plan in terms of its strategic positioning, work pattern, key tasks and important goals, this paper tries to put forward effective recommendations and the countermeasures for China to take a good and active response to population aging on its new journey.
