马斯洛需求理论视域下退休老人再就业路径探索
Exploration of the Re-Employment Path of the Retired Elderly from the Perspective of Maslow’s Hierarchy of Needs

人口老龄化是全球性问题，中国随着经济文化快速发展也进入了高速老龄化的阶段。为了延长中国的人口红利期，减轻中国社会养老压力，中国政府做了许多尝试。同时，退休老人在退休生活中缺乏对自我价值的认同、自我实现的心理需求得不到满足等原因，成为诱发老人心理疾病的普遍诱因。本文从马斯洛需求理论出发分析了退休老人再就业对我国社会养老体系、产业发展和老年人身体健康状况带来的裨益，以及探索了推动退休老人再就业的基本路径。
Aging population is a global problem. With the rapid development of economy and culture, China has also entered a stage of rapid aging. In order to extend China’s demographic dividend period and alleviate the pressure on Chinese society to support the elderly, the Chinese government has made many attempts. At the same time, the retired elderly in the retirement life lack of self-value identification, self-realization of psychological needs can not be met and other reasons, become the common inducement to induce mental illness of the elderly. Based on Maslow’s Hierarchy of Needs, this article analyzes the benefits of the re-employment of the retired elderly to the social pension system, industrial development and the health of the elderly, and explores the basic path to promote the re-employment of the retired elderly.
