一例重症运动神经元病病人的个案护理
Case Nursing Care of a Patient with Severe Motor Neuronal Disease

本文总结了一例重症运动神经元病的护理经验，通过辨证施护，给予患者基础护理、气道护理、皮肤护理、营养支持及心理护理，并开展个体化的心理护理措施，书信交流，使患者能够正视自己的病情，未发生长期卧床的并发症，并在提高患者的生活质量方面起到了较好的效果。
This article summarizes the nursing experience of a case of severe motor neuron disease. Through dialectical nursing, the patient was given basic care, airway care, skin care, nutritional support, and psycho-logical care. Individualized psychological care measures were also carried out, and letters were exchanged to enable the patient to face their own condition, without the occurrence of complications of long-term bed rest, and to play a good role in improving the patient’s quality of life.
