中国与日本足球青训模式的对比分析
Comparative Analysis of Chinese and Japanese Football Youth Training Models

实现中华民族伟大复兴的中国梦与体育强国梦密不可分，足球振兴发展是体育强国建设中的重要一环。《中国足球改革发展总体方案》着重阐述了青少年足球人才培养的发展规划，以及科学的青少年训练对我国足球后备人才培养具有重要意义；体育强国、足球强国振兴的力量源泉是新时代的青少年，把青少年足球人才发展脚踏实地进行下去是我们义不容辞的任务。本文通过对中国足球青训模式和日本足球青训模式的对比分析，运用文献资料法等方法为中国足球青训模式提供一些参考建议。
The Chinese dream of realizing the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation is inseparable from the dream of a strong sports nation, and the revitalization and development of soccer is an important part of the construction of a strong sports nation. China soccer reform and development of the overall program focuses on the development of youth soccer talent training planning, as well as the great significance of scientific youth training to China’s soccer reserve training; the power source of sports power, soccer power revitalization is young people in the new era; the development of youth soccer talent down-to-earth to carry on the task we are obliged to do. This paper analyzes the comparison between the Chinese soccer youth training model and the Japanese soccer youth training model, and provides some reference suggestions for the Chinese soccer youth training model by using the literature method and other methods.
