普通高校手球课程的开展与实践研究——以淮南师范学院为例

Abstract:

以《全国普通高等学校体育课程教学指导纲要》为依据,以“育人为本、健康第一、促进终身锻炼”为课程中心思想,以及高校公共体育课程改革的深入,体育课程的多元化发展已经成为共识,如何让这些新兴的和尚未开展的体育运动项目进入高校课程,是亟待解决的重要内容。采用文献资料法、访谈法、逻辑分析法对淮南师范学院手球课程在师资力量、场地设施、手球课程以及训练队伍方面进行调查研究,对其影响开展因素进行分析总结,进而提出相应发展对策,为淮南师范学院手球课程开展、实践教学和普及提供有效的理论支撑。
Based on “Physical Education Curriculum Guiding Outline for Common Institutes of Higher Learning in China”, with the central idea of “cultivating students foremost, health first and promote lifelong exercises”, in pace with the deepening of the reform of university public physical education, the diversified development of physical education curriculum has become a consensus. How to bring these emerging and undeveloped sports into the college curriculum is an important content that needs to be solved urgently. This paper adopts the method of literature materials, interviews and logical analysis to investigate the handball courses of Huainan Normal University in terms of teachers, venue facilities, handball courses, and training teams, analyzes and summarizes the in-fluencing factors, and puts forward corresponding development countermeasures, providing ef-fective theoretical support for the development, practical teaching and popularization of handball courses in Huainan Normal University.
