The Characteristics and Role of Family Opinion Leaders in WeChat Groups

传统的家庭互动模式在网络媒介的冲击下，结构、边界、形态都在日益发生改变，正在向“数字家庭”的方向发展。作为“数字家庭”的一种表现，家庭微信群成为了人们线上团圆的工具，不仅反映了家庭成员间的一种全新关系互动方式、还影响着家庭成员间的亲密关系。基于熟人关系的微信社交是网络化条件下新兴的社交模式。微信圈子来源于现实社会圈子，呈现差序格局空间结构。大部分人都拥有“相亲相爱一家人”微信群的社交媒体背景下，家庭意见领袖的特点和作用正是本文的研究的目标。
Under the impact of online media, the traditional family interaction mode is increasingly changing in structure, boundaries, and form, and is developing towards the direction of “digital families”. As a manifestation of the “digital family”, family WeChat groups have become a tool for people to reunite online, reflecting not only a new way of interaction among family members, but also influencing the intimate relationships among family members. WeChat social interaction based on acquaintance relationships is an emerging social model under networked conditions. The WeChat circle originates from the real social circle and presents a spatial structure of the differential mode of association. In the context of social media where most people have a “loving family” WeChat group, the characteristics and roles of family opinion leaders are the goals of this study.
