Abstract:

社会体育指导与管理专业是全民健身高质量发展背景下,为社会培养、输送体育健身教练人才的重要专业。新时期背景下,政府大力提倡全民健身、全民健康,致力于将体育与健身融入民众的日常生活中。因此,对社会体育指导与管理专业人才提出了更高的要求。如何培养高素质的社会体育指导与管理人才,满足全民健身战略落实需要,是应当重点思考的问题。本文简要阐述了OBE理念与社会体育指导与管理专业课程,分析了基于OBE理念的社会体育指导与管理专业教育模式及其优越性,最后分别从课程改革、教学实践两个维度入手开展深入探究。
The social sports guidance and management major is an important major for cultivating and de-livering sports fitness coaching talents for society under the background of high-quality develop-ment of national fitness. In the context of the new era, the government vigorously promotes national fitness and health, and is committed to integrating sports and fitness into people’s daily lives. Therefore, higher requirements have been put forward for social sports guidance and management professionals. How to cultivate high-quality social sports guidance and management talents to meet the needs of implementing the national fitness strategy is an issue that should be focused on. This article briefly explains the OBE concept and the social sports guidance and management professional courses, analyzes the social sports guidance and management professional education model and its advantages based on the OBE concept, and finally conducts in-depth research from the two dimensions of curriculum reform and teaching practice.
