Abstract:

王春娥认为阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停低通气综合征(OSAHS)的关键病机为胸中大气下陷,气滞、痰浊、瘀血是重要的病理产物。因此,治疗上应重视益气举陷,恢复大气正常功能,祛除病理产物,通畅气道。方药妙用张锡纯名方“升陷汤”,随症化裁,同时强调日常生活调摄,防治结合,经验独到,疗效理想。
Wang Chun’e believes that the key pathogenesis of obstructive sleep apnea hypopnea syndrome (OSAHS) is the depression of the air in the chest, and qi stagnation, phlegm, and blood stasis are important pathological products. Therefore, treatment should focus on replenishing qi and lifting the depression, restoring the normal function of the atmosphere, removing pathological products, and unobstructing the airway. The prescription uses Zhang Xichun’s famous prescription “Shengxian Decoction” to treat the disease according to the disease. At the same time, it emphasizes the adjustment of daily life and the combination of prevention and treatment. It has unique expe-rience and ideal curative effect.
