中国古代文学中的养老制度及其启示研究

良好的养老制度可以保障人的基本生活需要，做到“老有所养”，解除人们对养老送终的顾虑和担心，对社会的和谐与稳定、缩小社会贫富差距、减缓社会矛盾具有重要意义。自古以来，中国深受儒家思想的影响，百善孝为先，追求孝道。孝道在中国已经有上千年的历史，尊老敬老的传统美德在历朝历代弘扬发展，因此历代都重视养老制度的建设。对于现今老龄化逐渐加剧的社会，可借鉴古代养老制度与思想，制定科学合理的养老政策，提升老年人晚年生活的质量，让老年人的幸福感、获得感、满意度不断加强。
